"This unit was beautiful & had everything we needed. We appreciated/read the books and games on site, along with beach towels. The property was a short walk out to the beautiful beach or pool area. We used the grills one evening to eat in & loved that convenience. It was super easy to communicate with the rental company and they were very helpful. The restaurants on Captiva were great:Green Flash and Mucky Duck were our favorites."

"Overall, we absolutely loved it here! We even stayed an extra night. Allen's home is an incredibly short walk to the beach, even our 3 year old made the walk multiple times per day. The home itself is simple but comfortable. Our biggest concern was that the spindles of the upper floor balcony, staircase, and decks were spaced pretty far apart so that our 1 year old could squeeze between them. We created barriers using the counter stools and other furniture, so we did not have to be constantly...

"The house is exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. Ally was immediately responsive to answer my questions before and during our stay. They selected exactly the groceries we requested and delivered and stocked the house with care. Arrival and departure were simple thanks to Ally’s team. My husband helped two families during our stay find their way around the island because they didn’t have attentive property managers like we did. We loved everything about it! Thank you!!!"

"Really nice place, good communication, great location. Really liked all the outdoor spaces and access to a dock. Very well stocked kitchen. Only drawback was Wifi was a bit slow. Otherwise a very nice stay on a beautiful island."

"First of all we were disappointed on entering the house as the photos were inaccurate. Instead of light and bright colours and furnishings in the living room, the sofas were darker and uncomfortable. I appreciate there’s been a hurricane but the house could do with some tlc. The dishwasher didn’t clean well, the blinds were broken, the valances on some beds were badly torn, carpets could do with a clean etc. upstairs shower in double room wasn’t very good, however, beach towels and bathroom...

"What isn’t translated through the beautiful photos is the feeling of privacy and adventure as you turn into the palm tree-lined driveway and park in a clean, shaded ground floor area. Staircases to both front and back porch/deck entrances are a plus for busy bodies, and an expansive tropical backyard/garden to indulge in spontaneous visits from the gopher tortoise, indigo snakes and bunnies is nothing short of magical. "Nice quiet getaway. Has a couple of restaurants on the island. Hosts are very polite and responsive and the beach shack was very clean and has everything you need for a few nights. We will definitely be visiting again. "

"Lovely layout in this home with its 4 king sized bedrooms (plus a comfortable den with trundle bed). The house was thoughtfully designed, from the lower level poolside lounging area, to the beautifully decorated main living area with updated fully equipped kitchen and separate large dining room, and up to the third level gorgeous master bedroom plus two more bedrooms all with private bathrooms. "Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and so close to the beach, restaurant and stores. It was perfect for our family with plenty of room to spread out and lots of games to enjoy when the weather was a little rainy. I definitely recommend this home and we hope to come back again. "
