Property itself was clean. But careful when other rooms are booked. People have no consederation for others. Noises are loud with other people. Upstairs person was walking hard and making slamming noises all night! Could bot sleep

Parking area should have supervision. Our car was hit and person ran away without leaving a note. Maybe with the presence of a security guard this might have been prevented or at least the persons who did it would have thought twice about leaving. Other than that suggestion of putting a security guard there everything was great. Front staff always nice and helpful. Breakfast is always good. Amenities are excellent. Thank you. The shuttle service to Lego land for this hotel practically did not exist. You have to call to make an appointment. We called them many times, they never answer or called back. So we ended up walk to Legoland. That is a short distance about 10 minutes walk. But when we came back at night. There was a gate in the public area that was closed at night. Then we have to find ways to walk far around to get back to the hotel. But it was dark, so we just walked back to Legoland and left my wife to wait there waiting while I walked around trying to find my way back. That was a very bad experience. Other hotel have constant shuttle service till late! You do not need to make appointment like this hotel’s arrangement. It is a big strike against this hotel if you plan to visit Legoland with their shuttle service!
