Overall the stay was ok. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly. At first she refused to give us 2 room keys even though we were 2 guests. Someone else came and gave us the cards. The maintenance lady was super nice and friendly and so was everyone else. Breakfast was good and the staff was amazing! Hôtel is close to everything which is nice. Lots of bars and restaurants around however only Mexican, Korean or junk food. Selection is much better in Roma Norte or Condesa in terms of variety and just a few minutes walk.

This place is beautiful, close to everything and very easy to move around. All the staff were helpful in every way. Believe me , this is where you want to stay. The staff at the door that greet you are 2nd to none. Every question i asked they had an answer. I was worred about the taxis and they helped me get what i needed. Loved this place
