"The hotel was great but the room service keeping tea coffee and milk was a problem. We asked the front desk and the message was not acted upon. We caught the staff on our floor and they supplied extra but on a daily basis replacements were not delivered. Yes there was a language problem as we dont speak italian but something as basic as replacement of tea and coffee should be straight forward. The staff themselves were friendly and helpful but unfortunately this did not transfer to action. "

"We stayed 2 nights before our cruise and one night after. The personnel were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is next to the train station. 15 minute walk to the port and 20 minutes car ride to the airport. Walking distance to everthing. "Very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, easy valet parking, great on-site restaurant and room service. We also utilized the same-day laundry service and concierge services for finding places to eat and to visit. My mother actually had a medical emergency while we were staying there and they quickly got her a cab to the emergency room a few blocks away and allowed us to extend our reservation while she was being cared for. They went above and beyond for us and it's a really nice and comfortable hotel even if you don't have an emergency!"
