There were renovations going on during our stay and we were not able to have breakfast there, which was one of the reasons we booked there. Otherwise it was fine and we didn’t require anything from staff.

We arrived day early & they would not honor the reservation I tried to cancel it through Expedia it was 5:15 AND THE DEADLINE WAS 6:00 could not get thru to Expedia either thru online or messaging the hotel was no help It was dirty the clerk could hardly speak English They where not serving breakfast and the exercise room was closed I will not use these hotels again or Expedia I am disputing the the charge for 2 rooms with my credit card company

I didn't stay there. There was reconstruction EVERYWHERE!! No amenities at all!! I went to another motel. The website should have said there was construction!! 😡😡😡 The staff was very helpful and friendly. 😊😊😊

Not a great value for the price
Property was very dated and in need of significant repairs and upgrades. Stains in the carpet… ceiling had been repaired and repainted multiple times due to water damage… faucets “spit” the water out… stink bugs… We were unable to get the TV to work at all. Not a good option for the price.

Don't stay here if you have a choice
I've stayed at this property about 6 times. It sold to new owners about 2 years ago, and it has taken a nose dive in quality! Out the back from my room (117), there are about 18 box springs and mattresses - some with sheets still on them in the parking lot. I assume this was a bedbug breakout. just in general, the quality has slipped, it's dirty, and getting rundown. In the past, there were a ton of commercial trucks in the parking lot, now there are none - I guess the work is out on this place. I'll be at the Hampton Inn in the future!

Bed Bugs!!!
We are ANGRY! While we were at the hotel, we had to wait for the elevator while a couple of workers were trying to maneuver a box spring/ mattress off. Initially, I thought "Great, they are ferrying new beds. " It was only after our trip ended and we returned home to find that we had bed bugs from our hotel stay! We have NEVER had a problem with these pets in our entire lives. Now, we know the room next to ours was infested and the bugs spread to our room, Not new beds at the hotel... moving the infestation! ANGRY!!!

This might have been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was somewhat clean, but there was a constant drip in the sink. The room also smelled of mold. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was leaking onto the floor making the carpet a wet mess. At some point during the night, the air conditioner from the room above started dripping onto my my air conditioner from a hole in the ceiling. This made an awful drip drip drip noise the entire night.
