We have a Solo Yukon fire pit, just bring your own wood! Enjoy the outdoors next to a fire. We replaced the gas one with this smokeless wood pit.

Special pricing for 4-6 night stays (during off-peak season). The discount is already computed with 7 or more date inquiries. The discount is $112 for the 4th, 5th, AND 6th nights during NON PEASK SEASON. You must inquire for the pricing before booking. The VRBO system does not properly price visits of this duration (4-6 nights). One week rentals and more are automatically discounted by the system (during off-peak season).

We may do a 2 day weekday non-peak rental. Please inquire.

We invite you to our renovated, 4 bedroom, (sleeps 8) 4 full bathroom, lakefront home at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in gated, private Lake Arrowhead community just 1 hour north of Atlanta. The dock has room for 2 boats which provide a perfect spot for you to swim, fish, or sunbathe. There is over 120 feet of lakefront right outside your back door. A tranquil waterfall/fountain and koi pond overlook the northern shore of Lake Arrowhead in a quiet cove.

The home includes appliances, linens, furniture, electronics (3 large tvs, SONOS sound system), and fully stocked kitchen. Other amenities include gas fireplace, gas grill, and a washer/dryer.

The home sleeps 8 which includes 1 king, 2 queens and bunk beds- with full bottom and twin on top, and 1 pull out queen sleeper.

HD cable (living room + 2 bedrooms), 3 large tvs + 1 smaller tv, internet and free local dialing included. The recreation room includes granite wet bar, arcade games and many board games (10 board games, ie. monopoly, clue, life, dominoes, trivial pursuit, etc) which provide fun for the whole family. A pack and play and high chair are available upon request before arrival. The two car garage and deck overlooking lake all provide you the amenities of being home.

Do not worry about any rain days at the lake!! Our home features an awesome game room which is fun for all ages. We have a heavy duty foosball table, electronic dart board, and numerous real video arcade games. We have a real GOLDEN TEE video arcade game. The multigame video arcade game has pac man, frogger, centipede, and many, many more classic games.

BOAT RENTAL

BOAT RENTAL-

20' Bentley $250/day, $1495/week- BRAND NEW for 2025
24' Bentley $275/day, $1595/week

We have Bentley 20' and 24' pontoon boats available for rent for experienced boaters. If you do want to rent our boat there is a minimum 3-day rental during peak season, 2-day minimum rental off peak season. The rate includes a full tank of gas and you must fill the gas tank when finished. Sorry.... no tubing or any other towing. (insurance rules). Please reserve the boat early, we only have 2 boats for our 4 homes. First come, first served.

2 hydrobikes, canoe, 10 foot paddle board, and 2 kayaks are available at the home for your enjoyment at no cost.

You can not bring in your own boats, this is not our rule. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake which is subject to covenants which dictate that visitors boats are not allowed. The gate house will check the name on the boat registration with the homeowners name.

We have a 6 person hot tub, which has a water fall, and numerous jets. Who needs the warm weather when you can enjoy a 100 degree hot tub on a winters day, sipping champagne! We change the water and clean the hot tub after each rental for your hot tubbing pleasure.

There is a spiral staircase from the main floor to the lower floor. I would recommend that people that have mobility issues use the main floor bedrooms.

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Protect your vacation. When we reserve your rental we turn dozens of other customers away while holding the property for you. If someone cancels on us it is hard to find another renter on short notice. When my family goes on vacation we purchase trip insurance, it has saved us a few times.

Perfect, tranquil lake house retreat!
Even nicer than the pictures!! So roomy and relaxing! And the view was absolutely beautiful! So enjoyed everything about this place. Has everything you need. During my stay with my mostly adult and teenage children, we enjoyed playing their board games, foosball, video gaming, hot tubbing, fishing, kayaking, hydro biking, grilling , sunbathing and s’more making, as well as hiking and pickleballing! We will definitely be back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the view, cooked out on the patio, seen lots of deer. After site seeing for the day the game room was the perfect place to spend family time. Wonderful family and honeymoon getaway
Everything and then some - beautiful landscape- deer and eagles surround property - plenty of space for party of 8 - 2 rooms 3 baths upstairs - two beds/1 bath downstairs, hot tub, arcade games, cable TV, good internet connections, linens and everything at disposal. Travel adventures into nearby Canton, Calhoun, Elijay, Cartersville. Owners very easy to work with and so pleased they share their piece of heaven.

Great Family Trip
Home is set up perfect for a family vacation! Yard is not steep for the little ones and the host supplies you with everything to have a great time on the lake. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Kids loved the deer that came into the yard every night! Overall I would highly recommend this home to anyone! This place is the cleanest Vrbo home I’ve stayed at, they are on top of it. The location is perfect, the views were amazing, super quiet, had all necessities needed for the lake life, just pull up and enjoy. used the canoe the most and caught dozens of bass all around the lake from the canoe everyday. Great fishery if you’re into fishing. Caught several bass around the dock also, we didn’t even leave the cabin or lake area the entire trip. Every day a dozen deer would show up to visit. This place is the whole package if a lake getaway is what you’re looking for. Can’t wait to come back. Can’t get over how clean the place was, truly that clean.

Good for family vacations
We had a lot of fun. There was plenty to do, fishing, swimming, playing games and relaxing outside at the dock. Fishing was great, we caught a lot of largemouth bass and some yellow perch, bluegills and one big black grappie. The water was warm enough to go swimming everyday and we enjoyed using the pontoon boat. Rob was very nice and helped us when we had some questions about fishing and some other things. All in all we enjoyed our stay at arrowhead lake.

Beautiful Lake Frontage
This is our third time, visiting Lake Arrowhead, and our first time at this property. The home was beautiful very clean and communication with Rob was excellent. Huge flat (way better than most) backyard, tons of windows to show off lake views, plenty of parking spaces, boat rental for the week through host, tons of additional lake toys, house was very clean. A couple of things the owner can’t control but worth mentioning; area off dock is shallower (4 feet ish) it also has some lake weeds so can make floating off dock tricky, can not tube off boat due to insurance which was a disappointment to kids, staircase to bottom floor is a little tight. Overall I would highly recommend this place! We had an incredible week. Thank you Rob!

Lake Arrowhead Christmas
This is a beautiful house, the location on the lake is amazing. We were greeted with 6 deer grazing in the backyard on arrival. The house was clean, and spacious with all the necessities we could ask for. There were a few things that should be addressed, the fireplace remote didn't work. The icemaker in the kitchen fridge was overflowing with ice and wouldn't stop. Wine fridge doesn't work, and the dishwasher detergent trap door was broken off and missing. Which made it difficult to clean the dishes. I do want to say we had a wonderful time and would recommend the house to anyone who loves the lake life. It is beautiful, the location is close to Atlanta, so you're not driving for hours to get there. Would love to stay again, maybe during the summer or early fall.

Perfect Accomodations!
From the welcome basket and water "toys" to the board and arcade games, the Leyden's home was welcoming and perfect for our family. The four bedrooms and four full baths was great for our group of eight with enough room for everyone. The property was beautiful (including the bonus of deer wandering through the yard). The Leydens provided all the information we needed for the property to make it easy to check-in and out and where to find the local grocery store and info on the golf club restaurant. I would definitely recommend the property to others. On our week long vacation we went white water rafting, boating, took in a Braves game, went to a water park, visited the Coke museum and hiked Stone Mountain as well as just hanging at the lake. Everything is within an hour or so radius of this property. Fun time full of memories for our family which included six teens/young adults!

Great family time
Who says sequels aren't usually as good as originals? This is the second time our family has joined together (we're a bit spread out) at the Leyden Lakehouse (thus, our sequel) for a week of lake activities, games, wonderful dinners, and just plain fun family time! We're here to say that it was as good or better than the first visit to Lake Arrowhead, perhaps because we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. Just like when you go to your favorite restaurant over and over, we got what we wanted and more. The kayaks, hydrobikes, canoe, and paddle board were all used, as were the foosball and arcade games. The bonus was a new electronic dart board. Still, the best part is cooking in the kitchen and eating in the dining room with the fabulous views of the lake! We are sure to return!

What a fantastic, relaxing getaway!
We rented this house for a summer family vacation, and had a fantastic time! The house has everything you need, from cookwar and a gas grill, to board games, to video games, a computer, even some condiments (spices, coffee, etc). The house was big enough for all 10 of us to gather around the table for meals or board games, or to spread out for quiet time. We didn't rent the pontoon (3-day minimum rental), but there were plenty of other water toys to keep the adults and kids entertained. We had a toddler and a 10 and 11 year old, and there was enough to keep everyone busy. The landlord was extremely helpful (even sent back a pillow we accidentally left behind!). The nearest grocery store and other civilization such as restaurants is about 20 minutes away, so I recommend you pick up everything you need in one trip so you don't have to go back, and cook meals at the house. But there is a little convenience store closer if you need milk. The house has wireless internet, but cell service is sketchy (at least for Verizon). My kids are already asking when we can go back!
