"After our arrival we chose to go stay elsewhere. The place was filthy, graffiti on the outside of the front door. Upon entry to the lobby it was dark, dirty and stinky trash cans inside. There wasn’t any staff. The location would have been great if we felt comfortable but we didnt so we left and stayed at the hard rock hotel in Madrid. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company.
