"Good location to explore the city. Close to the main bus stop (convenient for day trip to San Sebastian, transport to airport, etc.) and to the Stadium. Half an hour walking or a few metro stops to the old town. Staff was polite and helpful. Room is small but it is a budget hotel after all. Had to ask for missing towels when we arrived. Shower room is directly in the room and the door is glass, have this in mind if you are traveling with other people. Sink in the room. "

"This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a part of town that was easy to get around but not too busy. The Receptionist was lovely and friendly,helping us with some suggestions to eat. We were in the family room 4- just beside Reception but not noisy. The Hotel isn’t 5star high end luxury,nonetheless it was comfortable,clean,lots hot water if needed,and overall a good choice for those like us perhaps unable to pay 5star high end prices! "

"Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent hotel situation for me once located. Hotel and room very clean, loved the room and balcony. However I found the mattress uncomfortable as were the meager pillows. The forwarded information , how to access keys were incorrect and had to wait for the establishment to forward correct info whilst standing around outside, that was stressful. Eventually once I settled in my stay was on the whole really enjoyable ."

"Convenient for a conference I was attending. The view here is over the 1st floor rooftop area of other properties. This was straightforward basic accommodation on an upper floor of an apartment building. Access is by by stairs or lift. The owner lives upstairs from this pension. Bathroom is up several steps from bedroom level, so not suitable for young children, or those with balance problems, poor mobility, or poor eyesight. "
