"Hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Very nicely finished clean unit, although a bit small for in total area. Side note having celiac found Naples unique in # of restaurants sensitive to gluten and best GF pizza I’ve EVER enjoyed as well as a bakery near archaeological museum that is 100 percent GF! 2 full bath was great but minor nit is upstairs one could really use a shower door. Overall very nice and I recommend the place."

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."
