"Las Acacias is situated at the edge of town near a busy roundabout and intersection of ring roads around Puente Genil. The building itself is red on one side and grey on the other and the plot contains a petrol station. The bar which serves the breakfast, lunch and dinners is just adjacent to the petrol pumps with the outside terrace just beside the pumps. We thought that this is a negative. "The service at the reception was incredible, rafael is amazing host. Unfortunately the room... filthy doesnt do justice.. As soon as we walk into the room we are hit by the humid like heavy smell, the dust on all areas on the room was very very visible (how can they miss that), the floor looked it has never seen a mop.... the worse of all The bathroom... mouldy walls, hairs on the walls, sink, shower and bidet... disgusting... The bed was a springs mattress and frame. Wife and i ended up...
