The Villa was expertly restored in 2003, directly by the owners, who respected the originality of the Casale, using many of the building's salvaged materials. Important note should be given to the bearing walls, still the same of the time in their entirety, totally in river stone, restored on the outside with original materials to give them that authenticity of the past, and brought to face interior of the Villa, from a meticulous restoration, which has highlighted the rarity in the selection and selection of the stones used in that era.
Villa Solaria is located in Umbria just 5 km from the medieval city of Orvieto, and more precisely in the town of Castel Viscardo a village overlooking the Umbrian hills.
