"I was not given any instructions at check in. I was told check out is at 10am. Front desk was not friendly. When I was booking the rooms I made a mistake tried to contact the hotel and never responded, upon arrival told me I had to pay extra. Not happy with the outcome."

"Nicely themed village setup, unfortunately not great setup for breakfast as you have to walk back to the main building in an open area, which is ok if not raining, otherwise you could be having breakfast wet. Attention to detail needed for a 4 star property, dead bug and hair found on bathroom on arrival, had left a complementary bottle of wine and no corkscrew to open it.Overall nice, but if returning to Maranello would stay elsewhere, prob Planet Hotel."

"We booked 10 rooms as a group and stayed there for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time there and liked it very much. It’s about 30 mins drive from the center Bologna, and it’s quiet but with a lot going on and especially the Saturday morning market was so much fun! The staff are professional and friendly, good breakfast and dinner. The only thing is since it’s a pretty old hotel, you need to be careful with the furnitures and facilities just not to damage anything. I think we will choose it again if...

"We stayed here to be outside downtown Bologna. Very nice place — great for weddings which was happening. They had a great onsite restaurant as well. It catered not only to hotel guests but also the locals. Our food and service were great. They had on site parking for free too — underground garage. The hotel staff was very friendly as well.
