"The views on the property were amazing. The location was great. The food was great. The staff in the Canopy restaurant/bar were amazing. Beautiful rooms. We loved the property but were disappointed with our check in. Upon arrival, at check in time, we were told it would only be a few minutes. It took almost an hour. That’s not the end of the world but worth mentioning. My biggest concern was cleanliness. On multiple occasions we had to ask for clean silverware as the ones given to us were nasty...
