"Hotel is well equipped and very comfortable. Staff is superb!! Location wise, H10 Madison is in the middle of everything but the touristic neighborhood of Gothic Quarter requires vigilance at night. My parents were followed back to the hotel by foot by someone with some type of weapon in hand and luckily a police officer roaming the streets called out to them just in time and informed them that the man behind had been following closely for the past couple blocks. There's some homelessness around. "

"We loved this boutique hotel. They had just changed their name from Hotel Colon to Lamaro days before. Rooms were spacious and very comfy. We loved the light color scale if everything, and the view of the Cathedral is worth staying here. Our only complain was that the heat stayed on, but they brought us a fan straight away so we slept great! "
