"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures that I will be posting soon. It was very disappointing. Hope I would get my refund because I didn’t stay there and had to pay again at the other hotel. "

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"We actually did not stay here because the ATLANTIC OCEAN IS NOT A HOTEL!!!! It is a condominium where some people rent their apartments. The very nice lady at the gate told us it is a condominium and furthermore, she did not know we were coming because no one had told her. They were going to make up the room but this took more than an hour. We decided to make a reservation at a real hotel."

"Cuando limpian la habitación, al hacer la cama, no colocan la sábana, te la dejan doblada para que tu mismo la coloques, lo cual me parecía bastante incómodo. Otro cosa que me pasó, por accidente en el desayuno eche un vaso y lo rompí. Ese vaso me lo cobraron. La piscina excelente, la comodidad para acceder a la playa excelente. Fuimos con amigos. Hacer kitesurf y pasamos excelente. Para salir de la playa tienen duchas para sacarse la arena. De 3 duchas que hay 1 funciona bien, 1 está anulada y la última funciona a medias."

Although the breakfast selection appeared adequate, the refusal to prepare fresh scrambled eggs and opting instead for microwaving the morning's leftovers was a letdown, exacerbated by the cook's unfriendliness. The hotel's swimming pool, despite boasting a stunning view, was marred by murky water that obscured the bottom and surrounded by low-quality plastic furniture. Additionally, the delayed opening of the pool further detracted from the experience. The early closure of the restaurant and bar was a significant inconvenience, limiting evening options. An incident involving a denied request for enjoying a bottle of wine by the pool due to an impending area closure, despite previous assurances of accessibility, was particularly frustrating. Ultimately, our stay was underwhelming, leading us to spend the majority of our time elsewhere, including dining at local restaurants in Cumbuco and visiting another beach club. A notable inconvenience was the difficulty in securing transportation from the hotel, as both Uber and other taxi services were unreliable in this location. "
