Cozy Villa in Caunes-Minervois with Swimming Pool

This comfortable holiday home is located in the lively village of Caunes-Minervois on the edge of the Montagne Noir. For several years, this villa has been an Award-winner with an average rating of 9.3. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including 1 with bath and toilet), a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room.

From the terrace you have views of the village with its medieval abbey, the Minervois vineyards and the Pyrenees. You can splash in the private pool and there is an infrared sauna. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room and a barbecue. The wifi is lightning fast. You park on the private enclosed grounds.

From the house you can walk directly into nature. There are several marked routes, including along the red marble quarry. In the village are a cosy café, several restaurants, a tourist office, a bakery (with the tastiest pains aux raisins) and a small supermarket with artisanal butcher, all within walking distance.

The regional market on Tuesdays in Olonzac is very pleasant. Wine lovers will enjoy the numerous domaines and chateaus in the vicinity.

The nearest train station and airport are in Carcassonne (20km) and the village has a bus stop to Carcassonne.

Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Haus mit toller wohnlicher Ausstattung und einem schönen Swimmingpool. Es liegt auf einem sehr steilen Berg – man ist zwar in 4 Minuten im Dorf, aber der Rückweg ist um einiges schwieriger. (Mit dem Auto spielt es keine Rolle).

The beautiful villa is located in a cul-de-sac on the hillside with great views of the village and the Pyrenees in the distance. The footpath to the village is short but a bit arduous due to the difference in altitude. We were there with 5 adults and 2 dogs (2 cars). Parking in the driveway is best done backwards. 2 cars next to each other is a bit tricky but possible (otherwise one after the other). The equipment of the house is impeccable. There are 2 coffee machines, a filter machine and one with pods (Senseo). The beds are a bit too soft for us, but it's our own feeling. The property is roughly fenced, but not necessarily escape-proof for dogs. You just have to keep an eye on them. There are very good restaurants in the place. Our recommendation: La Cédrat and La Marbrerie. Finally, a small suggestion. Since the wind is often very strong, it is not possible to set up a parasol at the pool, because it blows it away. This is also due to the fact that the umbrella stand has torn out. This should be replaced when the opportunity arises. Otherwise, everything is fine. We can only recommend the domicile.

In der Stadt gibt es mehrere Restaurants, einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit ausgezeichnetem Metzger und eine örtliche Bäckerei. Ordentliches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, vielleicht etwas teuer. Drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine praktische Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu einer überdachten Terrasse. Mittelgroßer Pool mit wöchentlicher Wartung. Eines der vollständigsten Ferienhäuser, die wir vermietet haben, einige Verbesserungen könnten vorgenommen werden. Die Matratzen der Betten stehen kurz vor der Erneuerung, ebenso wie einige Küchenutensilien und Küchenutensilien, die dem Mietpreis entsprechen. Die Informationsbroschüre mit allen Informationen zur Villa und den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung war super gut gemacht, vielen Dank dafür an die Eigentümer. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir dieses Ferienhaus trotz geringfügiger konstruktiver Kritik immer noch wieder mieten würden, da dies keinen Einfluss auf einen großartigen Aufenthalt hatte.

Wij zijn beiden 60+ , hebben al heel wat vakanties gehad , meestal werd er dan een woning gehuurd , ook vroeger toen de kinderen nog mee met papa en mama op vakantie gingen zelfde formule. Nu zijn we echter onder ons tweetjes naar de Minervois getrokken en hebben daar een week verbleven in Le Palatin. Deze woning heeft onze verwachtingen helemaal ingelost en overtroffen. Prima prijs / kwaliteitsverhouding , zeer verzorgde woning met prachtig uitzicht, 3 mooie grote slaapkamers , 2 badkamers met alle voorzieningen, een geweldige keuken dichtbij het fantastisch overdekt terras en een zeer fijn zwembad .... Werkelijk alles was aanwezig om er een onvergetelijke vakantie van te maken en dat is met de hulp van Le Palatin dan ook helemaal gelukt ! Nog nooit zo'n complete vakantiewoning gehad , dikke pluim ook trouwens voor de info brochure ter plaatse waar je alle informatie kan vinden over de villa én over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, alles netjes in 4 talen ! Wat een geweldig huis. Bij aankomst stond een flesje rosé koud, wat een verrassing. Het zwembad is prima van temperatuur en mooi schoon. De tuin heeft meerdere heerlijke zitjes en is prima omheind voor ons twee honden. Doordat het eigenlijk steeds een beetje waait, is het voor ons nooit te heet in de tuin en huis. Het huis zelf is zeer compleet, heeft goede bedden en is erg ruim. Dit huis is echt aan te raden voor een heerlijke vakantie.

Prachtig huis, met alles er op en eraan . Voldoende apparatuur en servies / glazen/ bestek. Zeer ruime goed ingerichte tuin met voldoende tuinmeubelen , heerlijk zwembad veel privacy en mooi uitzicht. Alle benodigde boodschappen op loopafstand te koop evenals bezoek aan restaurants. De communicatie over aankomst enz zeer goed. We hebben een hond mee en die kan rustig rondlopen, omdat de tuin goed is afgesloten met hek rondom. Top.

Een heerlijk schoon en mooi huisje. Bij aankomst kregen we via de app de code van het huisje. Ze zijn een paar x geweest om het zwembad schoon te maken. Dit zonder dat we er last van hadden. De mensen spraken goed Engels. Dat was ook fijn. Het huisje had een heerlijke veranda waar je overdag in de schaduw kon zitten en Savonds heerlijk nagenieten

Aankomst prima geregeld. Sleutel op te halen in sleutelkastje op de dag van aankomst, dus geen strikt tijdvak om te arriveren. Huisje is top. Alles is prima in orde. Bedden zijn heel goed. Lekker ruim terras met veranda met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad netjes en schoon met afdekzeil om de warmte vast te houden. Huis ligt aan rand van wandelpad. Verder ben je binnen 5 minuten lopen bij de bakker en in het kleine dorpscentrum. Kortom: aanrader!

Prachtig vakantie huis, maar de tuin is niet geschikt voor honden. De afsluiting heeft 3 grote openingen. Omgeving is prachtig, mooie wandelroutes die langs het huis lopen. Dorp op 10 minuten wandelen met goede bakker, restaurants... Ook prima wijn in de omgeving. Zwembad is prachtig, prima op temperatuur zelfs met 22 graden buiten. Perfect zuidelijk gelegen. Prima ligstoelen.

Tip-Top ausgestattetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Toller Ort, vom Haus zum Bäcker / Ort ca. 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Gerne wieder, ist nur zu empfehlen. Unterhaltungselektronik, W-Lan etc. besser als bei uns Zuhause. Betreuung per SMS, Mail und Phone super.
