The staff here is great, especially Dinesh, who is very helpful in explaining things and assisting with any needs.
However, the property does not have an elevator, and there are no amenities like a kettle.
On a positive note, this location provides easy access to many attractions, including the Colosseum and the Vatican, via public transportation.

The staff were very helpful with our every requests and friendly towards everyone. The location is very ideal for walking and getting rides is easy , as well. I just would like to suggest to have at least one microwave we could use in the hotel and at least some scrambled eggs for breakfast.
Otherwise, I would highly likely book in this hotel again.
