Strategically located in the Wine Valley

Very convenient hotel in the wine region. Easy access by car, half an hour from different tourist attractions. Friendly staff; good breakfast. There is a decent Japanese restaurant next door.

Excelente custo-benefício e ótima equipe

Excelente custo-benefício. Fica próximo de Bento Gonçalves/Caxias do Sul e menos de 2h de Gramado e Canela. Quartos de família com duas camas de casal bem confortáveis. Café da manhã bom. Excelente garagem coberta e fechada. Contudo, o maior diferencial deste hotel foi a sua equipe. Sem palavras para descrever a atenção dispensada pelo Cleber que, na nossa chegada, já nos forneceu inúmeras dicas de passeios e locais imperdíveis. Uma simpatia total. Depois, infelizmente, tivemos um problema (um veículo em alta velocidade bateu no nosso carro na rua de acesso ao hotel) e o staff do hotel nos auxiliou em tudo, ofereceu late check out e nos deu suporte para o retorno à São Paulo, onde residimos. Temos, somente, que agradecer ao pessoal extremamente atencioso e bem preparado do hotel.
