"This is a hard property to review at this time because they are in the process of a major upgrade which means the lobby looks vacant, the hallway on the third floor is lined with building materials and furnishings from the rooms being worked on which was all of them except for two or three that are occupied. It’s really kind of a mess. The room we were given is large but furnishings were minimal. Sure hope what furnishings that were here will be replaced. Dresser very dated and TV so small...

I don’t sleep if a room isn’t dark, so for me personally my only complaint is that the room wasn’t dark enough at night. The outside lighting crept in around the edges lighting the room up making it difficult to fall sleep and stay asleep. Otherwise, it was fabulous! I highly recommend and would likely stay again anyway. "

"While it is about a 15-20 minute drive into Cedar City, the beauty of this area trumps the drive. It's a large home and property and Dawn has everything you could possibly need. Even a roaster which we made use of! The was plenty of sleeping areas and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and other necessities. I was worried that my grandkids would be upset about there not being any snow but they have fun none the less. "
