"Cozy and Comfortable "

"We had two separate doctors visits and elected to rent a house rather than motel. The stay was very relaxing, comfortable and convenient. It was about 1 hour drive, but worth it to have space to relax, craft, watch tv and a break from B'hams stress. The house had most everything we needed, very clean, quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping we needed and spacious. We recommend it for anyone needing a get away for a few days. Definately enjoyed the snow flurries. "

"I stayed Christmas Eve in the Red Yurt. It was truly magical. The yurt was clean and well equipped. I loved sleeping in the loft with the skylight looking at the stars. Suzi, the manager, could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I intend to return and I would recommend this highly! "

"Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere."

"We stayed five nights to attend wedding festivities for my daughter in Ohatchee. The home was exceptionally comfortable and within a few steps of the lake. The view is enough to enjoy a stay without ever leaving the property. Owners are amazing and easily accessible to answer questions. Check in and check out was “easy-peazy” as a wise woman said. I would go back if only to recharge and refresh. A fully stocked kitchen was dreamy for a cook."
