"This was by far the easiest and most stress free check in ever! I love this concept of Apartment/hotel. The room was fine and I loved having the kitchen and full size fridge with a freezer (ice cream!). Everything worked and was clean enough. Downside: it could have been cleaner and the bathroom/shower/tub was very old and worn but it got us clean. We will return for a stay again. Definitely a great value. "It's a big place with many entrance doors. I got an email with a code to get in but it didn't specify which door would be closest to our room and when I tried, the code didn't work. I had to make several calls to management while waiting outside the building (at the wrong door) before we were told which door to go to and how to open the doors. "Great location for getting around to lots of good restaurant options and many other cultural sites. The Sonder property was nice and had a cool vibe. We unfortunately could not sleep as it was really loud with the transit, construction, etc. The pool and shared spaces were wonderful. Little things like looking forward to the shared coffee maker were a disappointment, as it was not working the whole time. We did let the property know and they said, "O.K. thanks." with no repair. "It was cute n cozy. Bed was comfortable. It was close to the venue for the concert I went to. No parking. So that was a bit hard. Not being from this area, it was hard to figure everything out. But we managed. But the stay was nice. "

"First the good - this property has great outdoor spaces. The pool area is very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. We were there at the end of March and the pool was never crowded. There is also a rooftop deck with lots of seating areas, gas grills, fire places and hammocks. It's a great place to enjoy the evenings. "I loved the clean beautiful apartment. I had come for QuiltCon2025 and could easily walk to the Convention Center and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. An easy walk to Matt’s Big Breakfast ❤️ which I did twice! The roof top pool and view where lovely, I enjoyed the coffee station on the main floor where you can choose hot chocolate or your favourite coffee from freshly ground beans. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place was super cute, great location! Close to bus stop, Old Town Trolley, shopping and food. Nice kitchen with everything you would need to have some comforts of home with you. Will definitely return and recommend!"

"Unique vacation experience, more of an aparement style, but overall very quiet, tons of amenities in the building. Very easy neighbourhood to get out of to do day trips from!"

"Overall the stay was nice but had some very noisy neighbors for the first 3 nights. I called the property manager and he contacted them to please quiet down the first night but continued on for the next couple of nights. So the property is nice just not a lot of extras like a pool or hot tub or workout area. Also they charged me a $300 additional charge for the property which there was even maid service during our stay so really don’t think I’ll stay there again better services at other places...

"This was our first time Arizona Grand and we absolutely loved it. The fitness center was exceptional with all the equipment needed for any workout. The slides, lazy river, and pool areas were clean, the staff was professional and friendly, always assisting us whenever we needed anything. Parking close to our room at night was challenging at times, but additional parking was always available. We will absolutely be back to visit! "

"Really nice place to stay for a long weekend! It’s right by the airport (but not too close) for out-of-towners such as myself. It’s also close enough to downtown that using a rental car or Uber isn’t too expensive. Nice room, loved the wireless charger for phones. Bathroom was okay, the shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked a bit. Breakfast and dinner were good there, too bad they don’t have a lunch or happy hour. There was also a small convenience store with some options too. Not a lot, but it’s better than nothing. Overall a great stay! Would definitely come back."
