"The staff at the Santa Justa Hotel were EXCELLENT!!! They were GREAT!!! The staff was Professional and extremely helpful. My wife got sick during the trip and one of the staff walked with me to show me where the nearest pharmacy was located so I could get some over-the-counter medication for my wife. "Our stay at Exe Saldanha was great. We got off our cruise boat at 0800 and we had booked for Nov 22 night and they accommodated us that morning! Which was great because we were not feeling great after a night of turbulent waters. The front desk was kind and so helpful with all of our requests. The only things keeping this place from 5 stars are no USB ports in the room & the shower was clean but not sparkling clean. However, the front desk did provide us with a travel adapter which was amazing....

"Loved the shuttle to city center! Erva is an excellent bar and restaurant…the sea bass was awesome. Soul Garden was also good. Staff was very attentive. Our room was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay, I would have given five stars for all categories, however, the one complaint my wife and I had was the heat was on in the room in November. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. For those of us that are more acclimatized to lower temperatures the excessive heat in the rooms was stifling. Even with the windows open the room was still too warm. Even after complaining twice, we were told the whole building...

"The hotel was really good for the price. About a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. Breakfast was amazing and they have underground parking for a small cost per day. The front desk Andrea was very helpful and when above and beyond to make our stay special. "

"We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
