"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even having read the reviews before I left home in Scotland I could tell it was going to be a good hotel but even then, I was still blown away. Also, probably the comfiest beds I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Only issue I had was when I checked in I was told that the rooms would be cleaned on request however coming back one day it was clear that someone had been in even though I never requested this, not the biggest of deals to be honest. "Kudos to the staff who were all so kind and efficient. The breakfast had a robust amount of offerings. The hotel is very clean. The hotel interiors, and the room I had, were a little dated. Bath products pretty basic. The room smelled of a plastic-like smell when I arrived. I noticed the stairwell smelled the same so it's just something that's in the building. The windows were lovely and can open so I was able to air out the smell. "

The rooms are clean the hallways are a bit worn damaged wall paper bleeched spots on the carpet. But it's a terrific location nice rooms staff are nice. "The location was excellent with transport links to the city centre and beyond readily available. The hotel itself looks reasonably new, and was clean and tidy throughout. The room was spotless and every member of staff was polite, helpful and able to answer our questions about the city. It we return to Budapest we will happily stay here again."

"Perfect location right near the bus stop that’s there is a direct bus (100E) from the air port to the centre. Not far from all the local landmarks and as for the hotel the staff could not do any more for you , and I will say one of the best hot/cold buffet breakfasts I’ve ever seen ."

Even has a Tourist shop of handmade Hungarian artifacts . Very central and easy to get around the city . The Marriott has a special atmosphere of a home away from home . I’m going back always . "
