"The stay was great first time ever being there. Staff was super friendly throughout the restaurant, lounge and Inn. With being 50 yrs old I was surprised on how well they kept it up. Beds are super comfortable. We liked the fact that it had a lounge and restaurant on site very convenient. Super cute little town and The Brown Inn is in a great location for all the shops just a short walk to them. The only complaint I would have would be the rooms didn’t have any mini fridge in them and that’s...

"Nice room. Breakfast was just ok. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. Getting to the hotel was interesting. It is on a little road next to a major road. It had been snowing so the drive was a bit rough."

They are friendly and wonderful people. Their costumer service is the best in Carmel. We’ve stayed at the Hotel Carmichael and the other hotels in the area. "Loved our stay at The Bottleworks Hotel....we were there for a girls staycation weekend (we live in Indy)....the room was perfect, bar/bartenders/drinks were fantastic and the decor and attention to detail across every part of the property was incredible.
