"Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA. "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? "

"This property made our trip to LA so much easier. We were in town for a conference at the convention center. The property is super close to the theatres and convention center. The property owner was grreat at responding to questions about logistics. The check in instruction were very detailed. Just a great experience. Thank you!"
