"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"This property made our trip to LA so much easier. We were in town for a conference at the convention center. The property is super close to the theatres and convention center. The property owner was grreat at responding to questions about logistics. The check in instruction were very detailed. Just a great experience. Thank you!"

"My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? "

"Had the best 5 weeks staying at Tamer’s unit in weho. Unit is exactly as described. As a solo female traveler I also felt super safe in the building (front desk converge/security was such a bonus). Tamer is an excellent host. Will definitely be booking again"

"Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. The yellow couch in the living room was very stained and there was debris all over the floor throughout the apartment, which made the stay feel uninviting and slightly uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a blanket from my car to place over...

He enjoyed his 2 month stay taking advantage of the awesome facilities in the building. It was just a short walk to the building where he was working which was super convenient. "Nice location, Hollywood sign can be seen from the room. The instruction for check-in is very helpful to us for an easy entry into the building. The room is spacious with everything needed. We tried to get an extra blanket but couldn’t find one in the storage room. The response from the staff is quick, the blanket was sent to us upon the request. Everything is good except parking is a little bit overpriced. "
