"The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. A lady came opening my door without knocking, I was quite shocked, luckily I latched the door. She asked me what was my problem , so I told her about the missing towels. "The location was great.Near the Muslim Quarter.The studio was huge modern and very clean.Hieever, the view is not great and the breakfast is so so.."

"Staff was amazing. Andy was super helpful throughout our short stay and all of the staff were incredibly friendly. Large breakfast selection with great tasting food. Location is convenient to walk and easy to get to nearby metro stations. Would revisit."

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
