"Travelled into Milan formthe football derby with my 2 grown sons. We booked a suite with breakfast. Topm was really good. Decent size and nocely laid out. Breakfast was very welcoming with something for everyone. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Milano Centrale a 10 minite walk so great location. Would definitely recommend."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is overpriced and not worth the money. From the start, the service was terrible—the manager was rude, and the host was even worse. They take forever to respond, and when they finally do, they offer no real solutions. It’s clear they don’t care about helping their guests. Definitely the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. If you have the chance to stay somewhere else, do it. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't lose your money and time"

"The apartment was nice and clean, BUT the bed was as hard as the Gibraltar rock and the kitchen was bare-empty, while typically one can fine minimum of salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and tea. Bring your own mattress and basic staples to this place!"
