"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . "I was presently surprised by how lovely this hotel was. The breakfast exceeded expectations as I have been to many 5 stars without the breakfast this hotel offers. The room was very big and overlooked the beautiful scenery. We used the spa facilities which were nice I would say they were just a little small, they could also use a pool or jacuzzi. The steam room had a bit of a smell of mould though."

"Well done---simple, basic , not complicated and as expected. I used the location as a base by which to explore the mountains. Close to some excellent restaurants in Bormeo and elsewhere. BEAUTIFUL VIEW from the room Breakfast cosi cosi, but OK. And at the end, the owner gave me excellent advice and directions to get to my next stop--and it wasn't easy--maps and GPS don't quite do the job in that area. Well done"
