The hotel was nice in a great location with lovely facilities and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. The only thing the note is the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the wifi is patchy in the rooms.

Beautiful pool and beach. Wonderful food. Hardly anyway spoke English (a problem). Prices for alcohol were insultingly high. Completely overpriced compared to any hotel in this chain.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They looked after us very well. The hotel was quiet and clean, the room was large and clean. They gave us an upgrade and prior to us arriving had put a crib for our baby in the room.

The room walls are so thin that i heard every single word the next door lady told as well as how much she coughed. The service is tooo slow, when we took the room there was no coffee tea or water ( can be no problem), but we asked for a replacement which came after 4 hours, we asked for the safe to be fixed nobody came .. yes the location is very good, 5 minutes from cesme 5 from Alacati.. thermal pool and spa very nice but a chain hotel with this poor quality …i can only re consider it if you need a good location. Other than that not worth the price

We booked a sea view room with a balcony but the room we were given was a partial view of the sea and a smaller room. I asked a couple of the members of the reception team, did not get much help, until Sinan helped us out. He was fantastic and showed us multiple other room options and ultimately got us into a 1-bedroom suite with a great view. He definitely made the entire difference for our stay. The hotel needs some renovations but the view is stunning, pool is huge and service is great.

Hotel is very old looking and non-maintained. Air condition was not working properly in rooms. All furnitures and condition is really old and low quality. Breakfast service was very poor. Toilets in spa facility were smelling terrible. Unbelievable. Please choose boutique class hotel in Alacati, you will be more happy with all.

Dated, isolated, kind of sad. Our first room had no a/c on an 85 degree day, management said it is not turned on until June 1. After a bit of heated negotiation, they moved us to a room with functional a/c at 10 pm.

The property was 5 star in the 1980s. The furnishings are old, and in bad repair. It is very badly maintained: the entire door handle and card key apparatus came away, locking my husband in the room. To compensate, we were moved to a big suite ... which hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Nor indeed when we were there: we returned to the room next day at 4pm to find it still uncleaned, with no coffee or tea facilities. After we rang housekeeping someone eventually appeared. Other than the night staff, who were both embarrassed and moved us, no-one made the slightest effort to reach out to us, to apologise or even acknowledge what happened. Never again!
