"There was a misunderstanding from the hotel staff during our check-in, but this was resolved after a few minutes. We then had a very pleasant overnight stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for accessing Alaçatı town centre, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a heat pump in the room, which we were thankful for.
