"This was a 1900 hotel with heaps of character. It had on-site parking, a restaurant which was full the first night so had to go elsewhere and very limited options. Was a basic room with a hand held shower over the bath. Enjoyed our short stay in the Parc setting allowing us to enjoy the surrounding area."

"Dans le village médiaval de La Garde-Guérin, l'auberge (monument historique) est un lieu à part. La chambre quoique petite était très jolie, confortable, fonctionnelle. L'escalier en colimaçon pour y accéder est délicat avec une valise mais le patron, toujours aimable, est là pour aider. La cour intérieure, la salle de restaration, tout le cadre est là pour une plongée dans la Lozère d'autrefois. La cuisine est bonne même si l'on aimerait y trpouver plus de produits et de spécialités locales...

"This is a quiet and tranquil location that is great for wildlife and walking and relaxation. Florac is about 20 minutes drive away which is a fine market town. Brigitte was a very helpful and professional host who tolerated my terrible French. We really enjoyed our week here."

"Le gite est une grande maison, spacieuse ,confortable et très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes qui se sont montrés soucieux qu'il ne nous manque rien et que nous passions un bon sejour. Le jardin est également très agréable. La maison se trouve dans le centre ville, pratique pour faire ses courses, tout en étant bien au calme."

"Petite maison sur trois étages avec un escalier en colimaçon et un petit jardin ainsi qu'une jolie terrasse à l'ombre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès au ruisseau qui coule en bas du jardin et qui a permis à notre chien de se rafraîchir. Nous avons aussi aimé la situation en bord de village, tout était accessible à pied. Merci à Florent de nous avoir donné plein de conseils sur les choses à faire dans la région."

"We were an extended family - grandparents,parents, children and teenagers. We travelled by train and had no car. The house is spacious - plenty of room for all. Great kitchen and dining spaces. Superb shops for all needs, especially lots of organic and local farm produce. Wonderful wild swimming and energetic walks around Mt Lozere. Easy train travel to Nimes, Villefort and surrounding villages. Couldn't recommend highly enough."

"Rather unconventional reception (there was none per-we) but delightful stay in this small family hotel. Very comfortable room with high tech shower, comfy bed and great linen. Breakfast at the same table as all other guests was another interesting twist, but delightful choices with home made breads, pancakes, jams and the wisest choice of teas I have ever seen! Will be back again when in the area. "
