End-unit town home/condo located in Woodridge at The Villages in Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

SLEEPS 13! 6 Beds + pullout sofa & sleeper chair. New flooring throughout living areas!

BEDS: Master bedroom has a king bed and balcony. The remaining bedrooms have a queen, full and single twin & twin over full bunk bed respectively, along with a pullout sofa is in living room and sleeper chair upstairs.

MOUNTAIN ACCESS: During natural snow conditions the unit is SKI-IN, requiring about a 50 foot walk from the last point of skiing to the door. Shuttle can drop you one stop up to ski down, or at the base of the resort.

KITCHEN: Fully equipment.

ENTERTAINMENT: The living room has a 40 inch HD TV (with HD service) and NFL REDZONE (all games' coverage) during regular season. All 4 of the bedrooms have HDTV and there are 4 DVD players with assorted videos.

Gas fireplace- fire at just the flip of a switch

Spacious ground level deck just off the dining area with lots of seating and a propane grill.

Condo is a very short stroll to the Woodridge community area (3 min walk!) with in ground pool, hot tub, volleyball and basketball courts, playground, and community grilling area.

The two-level unit sits directly across from the shuttle stop #31 (you can stand at the door and see the shuttle pull up!) Shuttle offers round the clock service to hotel and lodge (restaurants, bars, bowling, mini golf, indoor pool, arcade, etc,.)

Lots of activities on site or nearby: 18 hole golf course, ski lifts, shooting range, horseback riding, fishing, wineries, white water rafting, Flight 93 Memorial and more!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is bigger than we originally expected. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, though our friends said the queen bed sagged a bit. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for a ski weekend. We loved everything about the house and if we come back to seven springs, then we will definitely rent again.

Very nice home!

Stayed here with family and friends for the Total Archery Challenge. This is a nice first level property with convenient parking and access. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy access just down the road to the main lodge area. Good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great space, central location for Laurel Highlands - summer trip
We made a summer trip for a long weekend with our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath were awesome. The layout was very good and we enjoyed the outdoor, outback deck. The kitchen was decently equipped. Our group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sports courts in our downtime. We toured the area and wanted a comfortable base for our daytime excursions.

Nice Place
We enjoyed our stay at the condo. All nine of us (six adults & 3 older teens) had a great time and there was room for all to be comfortable. The thing about a ski resort in the summer is - it's quiet, which is what we were looking for. Thanks for opening up your place.

This was a very nice property with lots of space. Well decorated, lots of parking (summer). It was right next to a stop for shuttle from Seven Springs! All five of us had room to spread out for privacy or gather in the living room. Overall an excellent value for the price.

Beautiful condo!
Lovely resort, beautiful and comfortable condo! The owner is very nice and helpful - he went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The resort is fun - hot tub, pool, restaurants, etc. Lots to do in the area, too - we went to the Flight 93 memorial, Fallingwater and the Somerset Historical museum. The condo has several sets of steps, which wasn't great for my elderly parents, but that's totally on me. It really is a great getaway spot!

Beautiful property, convenient location. Walking distance from the pool and trails, quiet condo community in summer - we often had the pool to ourselves. Nice side yard for outdoor games. Short car ride to Laurel Hill and Roaring Run for easy trail hikes or beach time. Highly recommend for families - we stayed with three generations, from infant to grandparents, and the layout is such that noise in one room doesn't wake in another. Great accommodations and highly responsive owner.

Clean, Comfortable, and Well Equipped
The condo was perfect for our family gathering of three generations. It is obvious the owners gave extra consideration to the needs of renters. The kitchen was the best stocked of any home we've rented with a variety of pots, pans, dishes, as well as there were added touches of coffee supplies, extra soap in the bathrooms, and even microwave popcorn. The view from the decks was gorgeous,and being an end unit, it was very quiet. We would definitely rent this property again.

I would like to thank the owners for offering up such a wonderful property. A group of us went up to Seven Springs to celebrate a birthday and attend the Wine Festival at the Resort. The shuttle bus picked us up right outside the condo, which was super convenient. The condo accommodations were excellent- you really felt right "at home". The pictures on the website reflect the homey/coziness of the home. The property was very clean and the kitchen was a joy to cook in, I would definitely recommend this, and will think about staying in this home again.

July 2017 Visit
We've been coming to the Springs for over 55 years so we obviously love it there. For the past 9 years we've rented the same place in Woodridge but we're not satisfied and wanted a change. We found this 9124 and decided to give it a try. We we're very pleased with the location and the place overall. It had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. I've already booked for next year. We hope to put in another 10 years here until retirement and then maybe we'll ask to buy it??
