"Everything was perfect during our 2 night stay from Nov 7-9. We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

Everything in town was walkable (though they sent a free shuttle to pick us up from the train station when we first arrived). We loved the pool and spa and they even made our dog feel at home. You can open the window by an interesting mechanism that I had to confirm with the staff), and the bathrooms were very nice and spacious for a European ski lodge. Free breakfast was great. Hot tub après ski is one of my big likes, and their pool, although not heated to jacuzzi temperatures, is still plenty warm...
