With hundreds of others in the same situation, I randomly chose this hotel—and I feel so blessed that I did. From the moment we arrived, I felt truly cared for and understood, especially during such an anxious and uncertain time. What could have been a terrible experience was turned into a calm and reassuring one, thanks to their compassion. I only wish I had stayed here for my entire trip. I can never thank them enough."

"Everything about the Ritz was nice. The staff are the best part of resort. Friendly and eager to help out. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the bathrooms around the resort...With the exception of the bathroom at Alora, none of them are airconditioned. Without air-conditioning, it get hits real hot, and the smell isnt pleasant either. "

"Got stuck in STT a couple of nights when flights were cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. Staff were very courteous and accommodating, even as they were at work during a Cat 5 instead of at home with their families. Parts of the island flooded and were without power, but the Emerald Beach Resort had a generator and felt very safe. The restaurant and bar were delicious, and we even got a chance to walk the beach and play in the pool after the storm passed. Conveniently located near the airport was a plus for those in our party flying standby. "
