It was my first time in this property. I enjoyed it very much. It was quiet. Outstanding customer service. The breakfast was great. The front desk person (Teffany) was very helpful and friendly.

What we didn't like: Lacking a doorman, the valet was the first person we encountered, upon arriving at this hotel. He neither opened the door, as we struggled with luggage, nor responded when I said hi as we entered. As we had arrived without a car to park, we were no doubt invisible to him. Generally, we don't mind if hotel employees are not overly friendly. We're not there to make friends. However, the valet was complete devoid of any civility, apparently forgetting that he has a job in the hospitality industry.

We were challenged with the TV stuck on one channel commercial, then the whole bathriim got flooded because there is no shower curtain nor shower door so everything in the bathroom gets wet, sink, toilet, floor. And there is a blow dryer....like lets stand in this puddle of water and pray we dont drop the plugged in blow dryer...Why???? It was a mess getting ready for our party.
