Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and good hot shower. Very fast elevators ! Late night meal at the in-hotel bar and grill was great. Friendly staff. Not the cheapest deal with the flight included, but I would stay again.

The only issue we had was we were too close to the elevator and we could hear it non stop up and down. We stayed on an extremely busy concert weekend.

If you pay almost $1000 for one night , you would think they would monitor parking and only allow 2 spaces per room, but all you had to do was give a name for reservation to park, so there was NO PARKING spaces . One of the reasons you stay there is for location. And ordered breakfast next morning for 7-7:30 at 8 had not received had to cancel. They act like they never have events in charlotte. I have stayed in Atlanta and have never had this much problems. Will not stay again
