We loved this property! The beds and pillows were comfy! I do wish there was more lighting in the bathrooms because it is so dark that it’s hard to see while getting ready. There were also body hairs in the tub from previous guest, but nothing you can’t clean yourself. Staff were helpful and friendly. There isn’t onsite parking but, there a deck nearby for an added fee. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would book again!

This place is very clean, and we got a 3-bedroom place for super cheap. Beds very comfortable, pillows were great. Only complaint is the hot water heater didn't last long. Overall 10/10. We will be back!

I was very surprised to see the ping pong tables, pool table and shuffleboard right in the lobby adjacent to the bar and near the lounge area, it made activities feel cohesive not separate. I was thrilled with my suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining area. The living room space was large/open concept and had a ping pong table, yoga mats and board games! This suite was more like a fun air bun than an ordinary hotel. The bar and eating choices were on point! When in Chattanooga again I won’t stay any other place! Excellence!

Great hotel that we have stayed at several times. We checked in with ease and were sent a text with the room number and pin #. We proceeded to the room, opened the door with the code, and unloaded our belongings. My girlfriend then proceeded to take a shower while I finished unpacking. As she was exiting the shower, our room entry door was knocked on several times. She came out in her towel wondering what was going on before I could get to answering the door. As she stood in the hallway, entirely undressed except for her towel, the entry door opened and was thankfully stopped short by the chain. She spotted a male at the door and ran back into the room while I walked up to the door to see who was opening the door unannounced. A man, who I eventually recognized from the front desk, immediately started questioning me, asking me who I was, who checked me in, why was I in the room etc. without informing me of a situation that had seemingly occurred with the room. A short while later, still very bewildered and concerned, we received a text from the front desk that simply said "Sorry for the mix up earlier. We have resolved the issue...". I feel like this issue has not been resolved and it had the potential to escalate in the moment had I not been cool-headed. As anyone does, we expect safe, secure accommodations while visiting Chattanooga.

It took a moment to figure out the Parking Garage. The "walkable" sign entrance says Pinnacle although it goes By Citi Parking. The room was set at 64 degrees I think. Much too cold for us and with very high ceilings it took hours to warm up. The staff came to set out thermostat and later brought us a space heater. Very appreciated. We loved the space, the kitchen and the Peets coffee for the coffeemaker. In all very helpful for our stay.

This is an old apartment building that was converted into a hotel. It is spacious, clean, & comfy. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Parking garage across the street. Recommend!

This was our third annual visit. We love the large apartment-style rooms and always book one with a ping pong table. Very walkable neighborhood and the parking garage across the street is convenient and $20 for the night. There is a local brewery taproom in the lobby which was nice to hang out while waiting for check-in.
