Bed was comfy. Staff very friendly. Our son took a 5 min shower, not very hot. There was no hot or even warm water for my husband and I to shower. None. It was freezing cold. There’s absolutely no way our son drained the hot water tank.

They put all the effort on the main level which is stunning, but the rooms (we got upgraded to a King suite) were in terrible condition. Broken toilet paper holder, hot water tap didn't work in the sink, no microwave, holes in the carpet, peeling paint. But! The bed was so comfortable you kind of forgot about it. There are two sides to the hotel, be sure to not get on the Manor side, it is even worse than the side I just described.

What av remarkably beautiful hotel! Not just the lobby, but all the way through! When you arrive you're met by a kind smile by the doorman. And that wonderful treatment continues throughout your stay. My room was just beautiful and comfortable. The pool was lovely, as was the bar, well honestly, all of it. I had a solo get away, but i can see this would be a very romantic place to be with your boo.
