Stayed in a suite in the new tower on the 5th floor with the swimming pool. The room quality, cleanliness and convenience was excellent. The staff were very helpful. A few areas to improve: The check in process was slower than needed to be. There was a place to sit in front of the receptionists and it shouldn't take that long to check in. Second and more importantly, the food in the restaurant I ate in was terrible for the prices charged. Almost every item was uniformly terrible. A staff tried hard but nothing tasted right or good. I'd have given five stars if the food had been better.

I had a fantastic stay thank you. Great facilities, restaurants, excellent gym in particular. I was unwell and needing to rest and there was some noise above my room and the staff quickly moved me to another room on the other side of the hotel. It was exceptional service. I will be back again for sure.
