Great position for going to see a concert. There was a fault with a sensor alarm in our room and it went off twice whilst we stayed for 1 night. A very rude member of staff pushed her way into our room to presumably check we werent up to anything we shouldn't be (which we werent !). An apology for the 2 interruptions would have been nice.

Good hotel for an overnight stay for a conference at the NEC. 5-10 min walk to hall 2, 10-15mins walk to hall 7/8. Staff were friendly, chatty and helpful
