"1. Check in: we came in at 2:30 PM. We asked to start the check in process, but they waited at 3 PM and then only they called us to do all the paperwork and gave us the key. Staff polite. 2. Restaurant: looks clean and menu photos look good, but it wasn’t open for dinner when we wanted to try on a Monday. It was open Wednesday night. 3. Premier Ocean view with a pool: Beautiful and clean room! View is incredible! For such a large space, it was weird there were no hooks to hang your towels...
