"A special thank you to our waiter Mr. Colenri (spelling ?) He was so attentive, helpful and most of all a comforting message of hope as we were taking my son in for an exam at Jules Stein. His eyesight had recently faded to nothing, and the Dr. was able to give us some answers. His kind words were a wonderful way to start our day. He was also a very good waiter. He was on the morning shieft around 7:30 on 12/19.. Hope the good report comes back for him."

"These people try very hard. Staff were great….., but some things are head scratchers. Tub needed to be replaced, shower head was messed up, light above sink was very crooked, the mirror was worn, and it was the absolutely the cheapest toilet paper you can buy. The chair cushion had a hair grease stain on it. Bathroom door was bizarre. Bed WAS great, as was the location. They also had some other nice touches and it was a good price."
