We booked a month in advance. We were put in a handicapped room (unnecessarily because we are not handicapped nor requested this room). Bathroom door did not close, service dog in the room next to us cried for over an hour, we couldn’t shower because the shower smelt of urine.

The only problem we had with our 2 night stay was the tv. The volume of the tv was low very hard to hear some one came to try to fix it but couldn’t. There were no buttons on the sides of tv to try to adjust also no one could get the captions off.
