Amazing place and so much entertainment for the little ones

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the option to prepare our own food. The pool was enjoyed by us all and staff were pleasant. I'm frustrated because 2 charges were put on my credit card that we did not make and I have contacted the resort multiple times and left multiple messages and they have not returned any of my messages. For this reason I would be weary of staying there again.

Pros: staffing is terrific at the hotel. We had some issues in the beginning of our stay and it was handled promptly and above expectation. Cons: rooms are a bit out dated depending the building you are in. Walls are thiiiiin. You can most certainly hear your neighbors' conversations. This just may be an experian glitch, package advertised free water park, gym, washer dryer in rooms..... HOWEVER, only certian rooms have washer and dryer availability, waterpark IS NOT included- you do have to purchase a pass, and gym is not included unless you sit in on a 90 min "buyers meeting" and tour to have an opportunity to purchase a certian amount of weeks per year on a unit. Over all, I'd say a solid 7 out of 10. Its family friendly, pet friendly, pretty close to all attractions in Orlando.
