"Location is great since near to everything, reception was nice as well. I had a problem of AC the sound was ao noisy that you can't start it and problem was not solved , also the window was not sealed some nois and air pass through and is not nice since it was so cold. Room service is great and every day clean"

"Fantastic location across the street from the Gloucester Road tube station and close to attractions like the V&A and Natural History Museum. Lots of options for coffee and food nearby. Courteous and professional staff. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Good place to stay and I would use this hotel again. Because it is part of Stamford Bridge stadium the security felt very good. Only negative was the elevators, which were a little temperamental/slow to service the floors."

"A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again. "

In-Town, Nice but No Frills

"Clean, new but quite austere (plain, like no art on walls, etc). The location is wonderful though, being 4-5 blocks to Kings Cross and international St Pancras trains."

"The Marlin is very handy for the Westminster attractions, the hop on hop off bus tours and Thames cruises. The Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations are nearby as are great pubs and restaurants. The rooms aren’t big but the bed was comfortable. I don’t understand why I was charged £60 for an early checkin when the room was ready - we’d just finished a 25 hour trip and I had two sick daughters. We checked out at 6am Our next stay was in Belfast - no early check in charge there! "

"Great Location! Luxury at a budget friendly pricing, spacious, yet quiet. Amazing views. Two years in a row, and planning on coming back next December. I forgot my expensive medicine, the cleaning staff found it, I was able to speak with them via hotels.com and they are mailing it back to me in the US. Now I call that customer service!"
