"It was a nice place"

"The house was exactly what we needed for our short trip to DC. It had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 and a parking spot for our rental car! The house was clean and comfortable, and it didn’t feel like a garden unit. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The library of congress was only about 10-15 min walk and a 25-30 min walk to the National Archives. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this place for families."

"We spent four nights in this cozy studio apartment and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive and a great communicator. The apartment was lovely and well appointed for our needs. The bathroom was so nice with double sinks, a very nice large tiled shower and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor deck was amazing and the yard was lovely. Overall a perfect stay for us."

"Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental and We Host!"

We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "We were visiting our college kid who lives just a few blocks away from the VRBO. Her place is much too small to accommodate all of us. It was great to meet up and have time together. The location is great. Accessibility to buses and the Metro. Hosts were attentive and responsive to us. We highly recommend this VRBO."

"My 14 year old daughter and I spent 6 days in DC and this home was perfect for us. We spent the first few days walking every where which was great to see the different neighborhoods. The metro was only 15 minutes from the house which was very convenient. Reina was super helpful and kind to let us leave our belongings in the apartment until our train later on in the day. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, super close to any and all things we needed, and was nice and quiet. Parking is a little funky. I recommend looking up the DC parking zones so that you have an understanding of how the parking pass works. We would definitely stay here again."
