"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge. The location was extremely good. "
