Featured B&B in Chester and around

George & Dragon
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (68)
"The room was clean and tidy & had everything we needed. It would have been helpful we’d been advised that there was an engagement party & live band playing that night as we were staying as we were running the Delamere Forest Marathon the next morning and hoping for an early night as we had an early start. As the rooms were directly above the music there was no chance of this! The music did stop just after 11pm so not too bad! "

"Lovely place with beautiful authentic styling. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Super breakfast in a gorgeous breakfast room that also does afternoon tea. "We stayed overnight as a rest stop on a long road trip. We had everything we needed, extremely friendly and efficient service. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The best part was a freshly made, hot breakfast in the morning. I mention that it was hot because most times you get a lukewarm breakfast but this was piping hot and freshly made, which made a big difference to tired travellers."
