"Same room as the last time when I had very hot water. This time lukewarm was the best I could get. Also, the same piece of toilet paper or tissue that was caught on the leg of the bathroom sink last week was still there this time. A bit more attention to cleaning would be useful."
"The location was excellent for travel needs and was close to shops that were needed. The house and yard was overall clean. Check in was easy. James was accessible if needed. We felt safe in the neighborhood it was quiet and there were cameras that made us feel extra safe."

"Not sure how this property was listed on VRBO. It was a shared space. The owners lived upstairs and were present the whole time we were there. The rental space was a basement they have somewhat converted into an apartment.
However , there was no lock on the door to the basement so no way to prevent anyone from walking down the stairs at any point.
Also, there is no private entrance to the basement. To enter, we walked in through the front door where we saw the homeowners in their kitchen. There was an entrance through a back patio but no walkway to access that entrance from the front of the house.
It says in the listing there are multiple beds but there really is only one bed and a large couch that doesn’t pull out. There are some air mattresses in the closet but that was not mentioned in the listing.
We were in Richmond for the Richmond marathon and had a last minute cancellation so had to book this the day before. It was definitely not as advertised but we didn’t have any choice since it was last minute and no other rentals were available. (The Richmond Marathon is large and all rentals were booked). "
