"As American tourists, this was our first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was certainly a memorable experience. "Everything was great. From check in, to having my own locker, new towels and Pjs every day and just necessary essentials. I was not comfortable with the bed. I stayed multiple nights with just a thin pad you’re lying on. Not comfortable at all. Besides that, I don’t have any other complaints. I enjoyed being walking distance to the metro. That’s imperative to have. "
